Tagged in: UntaggedMy name is Stuart. My back is buggered, i have episodes when i literally cannot walk and am in awful pain. My body starts to tremble like a leaf in the wind and there is nothing i can do about it. And yet i am deemed fully rehabilitated by ACC and its favoured doctors- doctors who are no less than prostitutes for hire- and my only recourse is through DRSL which is owned and operated by ACC. Even to get to this stage it is advisable to hire a specialist advocate or lawyer and this costs a lot of money. I don't have any.
Because i am restricted at what i can do to earn money( i am unable to return to my pre injury job) i am severely disadvantaged by this State operated regime. I work for $17 PH. I can only do part time or casual work of a light nature. When TV3 exposed ACC for using favoured (prostitute) doctors to write it favourable reports i wrote to Minister Judith Collins pointing out that i had been sent to one Dr E. Dryson for assessment. Dr Dryson has worked for ACC doing this 'work' for decades. I asked if i could now expect to be sent to a "decent doctor please?". As you would expect from this National Government there was no reply.

Tagged in: Untagged2004 I was silenced when I voiced approval of the 1st option for 'minor surgery'. I had recently failed at trying to escape domestic captivity to a sociopathic lying Mormon Priesthood - the marriage was a complete sham. I was talked over by male 'specialist' who talked me into a radical hysterectomy and removal of groin lymph nodes with no mention of any risks of future lymphedema in lower extremity.
I had experienced extreme cruelty whenever I stood my ground and verbally tried to 'speak up' so I reverted into a submission to the male/s in control - the 'specialist' and the 'husband'. I was just a vagina and tits - a bit of meat that did not have the ability to think or choose - and therefore any sign of making my own decision wrought down a concentrated effort for me to be 'silenced' and control gained over me - as if my body and my life was some sort of game to these egotistical pathetic males.
2010 I suffered extreme emotional trauma with more discrimination and persecution in the family court in which my two children whom were abandoned by both sides of the families were ripped away from me and given to the father whom abandoned them quite easily. My physical body was completely traumatised by the immense grief that poured out of me.

Where the Act party is coming from
It seems ACT is developing a new policy about ACC and Tax.- It is ok to lie in bed and receive ACC while working.
- Only pay tax if you can afford to.
I am quickly becoming a fan of the ACT party and ACT Board member Peter Mcaffery.

ACC's Branch Medical advisor Dr Anthony Burgess was outed last night in the 60 Minutes documentary about Bronwyn Pullar.Dr Burgess covertly communicated with an ACC assessor providing false information to manipulate a medical report in ACC's favour.
As reported by 60 Minutes. "What is incredulous is how this woman has fleeced ACC for 7 years"

Tagged in: Untaggedafter 12 years , 3 spine fusions, endless years of being in constant pain ,truckloads of pain meds,not being able to walk more than 50 meters without my left leg collapsing ,not being able to do the job ive always loved because of permanent nerve damage ,not able to pick up my grandson,the list is endless...i have just received today of all days ..mothers day!!!!!!!!!!..an envelope from drsl dismissing my appeal,,well how can these wankers sleep at night,i was waiting three months for a decision that was supposed to take 28 days ...and because i was aware that 76%of reviews done by them {who work for acc}...i still cryed all day!!!!!!! any way am off to see hazel armstrong mon am to lodge an appeal !!!! court here we come bring it on wankers!!!!!!!!!!!!
