I must do this… So that most will know the real truth… There are some things I cannot give details of, as that is for the “offended persons” to do so… And what I relate to in this is just how it happened… No Bull Shit… I name only one person… the other Rats know who they are…
In The Beginning... before ACCFORUM…
I had a serious issue with ACC over treatment... Jan. 2002... re COVER,and ENTITLEMENTS, and a very intentional misclassification / misdiagnosis of my injuries.
A new Chiro. provider, a new type of xray, that showed clearly that ACC's bull shit diagnosis of arthritis, was in fact spinal sub location and ruptured discs .and all 7, due to injury, and evident of being some 20 years old... (2006 + 2008 MRI have since proven that the Arthritis has never existed, its all injury and stuffed discs and injury related deterioration)
The “Nice People at ACC”(Whangarei) chose not continue the new line of treatment, that for the first time in 25 years was giving some real pain relief, and increased mobility........ Cut it off, they did... GRRRRRR !

 H ANGER... I promised the CM the I would go public with my story and that of a few others on the Internet... if it was not sorted properly within 48 hours.(it was not her fault, she was new to ACC and was being told what to do)
Another of ACC staff, who was just out side of the interview room at a copier turned and mouthed "You wouldnt Dare" and gave the finger... OK ... Now I was really pissed... BUT STILL SMILING… So I did not wait 48 hours... Went browsing, and spotted the XTRAHEALTH message board... So I posted a Question...
"ACC They There To Help ???" etc etc... = 25th Feb. 2002…
This was My way of dealing with the anger and Frustration over the blatant denial of my rights... not just in this instance, but as a Whole... 25 years of it at that point in time. Big Surprise ... after a very short time , a week or so... That thread got very hot and very active...
COOL...Some ACC staff had on several occasions tried to convince me that I was the only one causing them problems, and I should just "go away"...
What occurred on the XtraHealth Message Board was more than enough to prove to me that I was not the only one being "SHAFTED BY ACC"... There was more than onecould imagine… Postings to this thread sort of took over the message board ... I saw there was going to be a problem, so I set up An MSN groups Site= "ACCSupportNZ"... and shortly we were told to “Go Away” , This MSN groups site got very large and difficult to manage... Its still live today…
Alan Thomas had "bleated" he could not afford to continue with his site... several times... I had, as a few others had, helped out with a few months of hosting costs... I had also help him out with food vouchers…….
I had just been "reinstated" (April 2003) and received some back pay so I offered to take over "COMPLETELY"...
The ACCFORUM was FUNDED BY MYSELF ... and was set up with the help of "admin"... and one other member... (who was also well compensated financially for work involved)
Thomas agreed…. that I take over (fund) and sort out something new.
What I had wanted was what we have here... = ACCFOCUS... not just a plain message board as the ACCFORUM is… Thomas said he knew of someone very qualified and in the know, to sort it out… and this was sorted… But Not What I had made clear I wanted and was prepared to pay for. Thomas's Site was meant to be closed down, and what ever useful info transferred... But this was not done...and I was not informed that it was / is still in existence... (this was the first mistake, = trusting him to do it the right way)
At this time… Aug./Sept. 2003… it was also discussed about setting up another "sister site" as data base... just in case something went wrong... This was discussed a bit later…… but nothing done… WHY…. I was not going to be a party to any sort of "money making venture" as Thomas was insisting on…. I was prepared to fund a donation phone number, for the purpose of paying for the site, and setting up of a chat / audio /video... Thomas did have the “idea” that he could manipulate this to suit his whims / agenda / Make profit and line his pocket…I was expected to do this at my expense for his benefit = Yeah Right… I saw thru a lot of just who and what he is… His “Holier than Thou “ attitude / manner, and verbal ooze, laughable at times…
It did not take long for the dodgy perverted / twisted sex type attitude to women to manifest… not just to my ears but some of his postings, and what was re-laid to me as experienced by a few… dating back to 2002… And I want to make it very clear, that it is this that is my main issue with Thomas… the other points of agro are secondary…
Then there was the idiot talk of suicide bombers… and or the “theme of someone with nothing left to loose”… stressed out to the max … doing damage to ACC property and or staff…He related to stealing a Petrol tanker, to be driven into an ACC building … There is more… most of which was ignored as “psychotic ravings”… He kept on about Henderson, (Janet Pike) and several other instances he appeared to have had some very intimate knowledge of…SO IT WAS CHANGE THE SUBJECT , or “Hey, very busy, gotta go”…
Then there is the story of the boat… All of what Thomas related to me in this, was supposed to have occurred in the Waitamata harbor …
OK… I have done some sailing in the 60’s… The “story” had the fishy story smell to it… LIKE …Single handed… either with a hernia or recovering from a hernia op. on a 50ft ketch in high winds...YEAH RIGHT…. BUT then I see this story, On the Forum… a bit changed, and claimed to have happened in the Marlborough Sounds …It was at this point I could no longer "appear To Support " Thomas... and I did make that clear ...

If there is any truth in this "Boat story", the reality is, Thomas was on ERC for the Hernia, issue, and out and about doing something recreational that should not be done with a hernia... He is not entitled to ERC for the Alleged Wrist Injury... as he was not WORKING in any form of employment....
Then, THE SO CALLED SECURITY BREACH OF THE ACCFORUM… Thomas has spun so many lies regards this… it’s a wonder his tongue has not developed gangrene …
Thomas had once again suggested the “Sister site” as a data base… And in lite of what was I was aware of, re the Forum, It was time to do it… BUT Thomas did not like the fact that I was not going to do it HIS WAY or Give him Complete Control (at My Expense Again) So He Lied … And I was set up so he could use it as a means of having myself and the other admins removed, so he could go do it his way… BECAUSE he knew that as an admin I WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED THE CRAP HE HAS CREATED SINCE…
What was done By Me, was to give “said person” the Admin Mask… NOT MY ACCESS DETAILS as Thomas claims… For the sole purpose of checking out the “back up” facility, re backing up , All the “Public Domain stuff” in one go so to make it a lot easy to sort and edit for the data base… I was told in very short time that it was no good for what we wanted… and before I could go back in to remove said persons Admin mask.
THOMAS had Admin do his bidding… (or maybe it was the "backdoor rodent")...THIS WAS NOT AS THOMAS SAYS… IT WAS PLANNED BY HIM, SO HE COULD CONTROL THE FORUM TO PROMOTE HIS BULLSHIT CASE…
Thomas has continually abused me and complained that “WHY CANT I GET WHAT YOU ARE GETTING”… My reply has been… “If I took Your advice I would get nothing and be totally off side with those in ACC …BUT AS A RESULT OF DOING IT MY WAY, WE GET ALONG FINE, and things happen as they should”… ( my main Problem with ACC has been McGreevy… and the Cover up of dodgy doings in my case re 1983 claim, And the XtraHealth / MSN / and ACCFORUM which is with H.O. not local)
I have always promoted the routine of "Gather the Info,and go softly softly in their face with a big smile"... Got abused for suggesting he try this way...
It came to ear the nasty Scheme Thomas had / was attempting to incite some to set up a car/van bomb for the Takapuna ACC office… This was not “something said in passing , off the top of his head”… it was a very well thought out plan… that would have left no one to point the finger at him… Definitely the product of a very SICK MIND…
What was done, as as result of some discussion on this topic of Thomas attempts to incite some gullible fools to do his bidding…. was done purely out of genuine concern for public safety…
Thomas has since been charged with multiple offenses of having objectionable material in his computer… namely a 600 page terrorist bomb making manual…
Since Thomas’s arrest, myself and others have been subjected to “Veiled Threats and attempted Intimidation”… Most of the crap has been instigated by another… in an attempt scare off witnesses… The Latest is A Ban / Restriction of my mine and others normal access to the ACCFORUM… VERY BAD MOVE … VERY DUMB… VERY STUPID…
I do hope that I am to be called as a witness… I can only tell the truth… and will do so.
The Forum has /is being “watched”, and there is a very real possibility that it might get shut down…
I could say much more… This is the basics, which I feel is enough… I do What I do Here solely in Self Defense… and promotion of the truth… Some thing Thomas is not capable of doing. I also must say AGAIN that my “real issue” with Thomas, has got nothing to do with the Forum or the dirty low way he has treated me…
My Sole intent regards the ACCFORUM, has been nothing else other than an effort to help others in the situation I have been in... And the prevention of Suicide... I seek no glory, praise or credit... Never have.
