You've lost my medical files?
Thanks big brother for reminding me.
I requested a copy of my files in September last year.
ACC seem to have lost my files!
I was contacted a couple of times by ACC asking me where I thought my files were...
AT ACC DUMBARSE!
So I had a little witter to ACC this morning asking when I could expect my copy to arrive..
Duh.. They can see my request on file & a request for a copy of their latest assessment! Thay also said that a request was with archives for a copy!
ACC's archives are apparently overwhelmed with requests for copies of files! and they have a huge backlog of requests to process!
FFS waiting 7 months for a copy of my files is beyond a joke!
And Ive been asked to wait another week for a reply!
Fine I'll play ACC's waiting game for one more week.

Isn't it all bullshit!
Sometime in the past two years ACC have lost all my files!
Last week ACC rings up and tells me they have two parts of my "capitalised" IA allowance that I haven't been paid!
Wot a crock!!! What's the true story? Obviously there is some huge internal audit going on... Allowances just don't appear! Especially when ACC is missing all my files!!!!
How big is the problem of internal fraud within ACC?
Finally! Only 4 weeks after I was promised a reply!
ACC have managed to locate 1 File from archives. What BS!
I cant a copy until Sarah Woods has reviewed it. Privacy review? Yeah right! remove any incriminating evidence is the more likely scenario!
Wheres my full and complete copy of My Files? When will I get them?
