The Secret Files, aka it Sweep

not their victim on Nov 12, 2011
Tagged in: Untagged

Holy moses.....has anyone else got a copy of these files???

the do show, from the very 1st incidence of injury, that acc will do everything in their power to exit you

they sort of work out, whether you injury is worse than initially diagnosed, and immediately start on character assassination, even when sending referrals to other agencies

the amount of sarcasm, bullshit, lies placed on this file is horrendous...and everyone elses word, is twisted beyond belief!

im actually stunned, at the amount of fraudulent misuse of documentation from a "government department".

these files are not only tainted, they are heavily pruned, especially if acc know there is something specific you are looking for...the selcted onfo is completely removed.

the file is downloaded in no particular order, has 10 copies of one same email, then obviously sequential dates are missing!

acc did not want me to have this file at all, and despite requesting it...i resorted to using a template that was formulated by another claimant and their lawyer, for access to these...

i will say...DRSL is my real bugbear, and the referral, and background emails relating to this is also soemthing to behold...did you know that drsl also have a 70/30 ratio...once they have reached the 30 % threshold of winning cases, the rest will be declined regardless of the hard medical evidence, or relevant case law, once again tying you up emotionally and finacilly, while you wait to get into D/C

DRSL itsel, has been shown (if you read the document The Judge Over Your Shoulder) to be a completely unlawful process....even Nick Smith cant seem to make up his mind whether it is a legal tribunal, or still attached by the umbilical cord to acc....well lets face it, they are all paid, and the computer system is linked..

i suggest strongly, that you use the template and get hold of this file, you will have a fight to get it....however, once you read what is is there, it might just be the catalyst for class action...

    Hi Muzzleflash

the it sweep, is about all the emails sent from case managers, internal, and also to extenal agencies.

there is also what is called a "log file", and this is the list of who, and how may people have accessed your file....doesnt tell you why though....

im trying to find on here where i did put it!

crikey, i dont spend enough time on this site, to know where i even posted lol

if you want to download it, its on the other acc site, acc forum...under
    FORMS AND LETTERS
    OFFICIAL INFORMATION FOR IT SWEEP.

I will try and find where i referenced it in here, maybe in one of the drsl threads?

    it makes very interesting reading...
and a very powerful tool, for us to use against acc
they will try and block your access to this...but stick to your guns.

    cheers NTV

I too have requested all my information - it etc under the official information act. It took ACC 3 goes at producing the complete file. Each time they sent stuff they said it was complete.
Each time when I inspected the file I found it missing parts and I complained about it. They then sent more information - again incomplete but they said it was complete.
These arseholes breech the laws of this country whenever they feel like it and have an excuse for their actions.
