ACC are forever touting that "you have rights" on just about every communication you get from them. But in reality you have NO rights - unless it suits them.

When they abuse your rights and you complain about it - they simply ignore your complaints altogether. This operational policy  extends right up to the minister - Nick Smith - who ignores you too when you complain to him. And when you complain to ACC that they are ignoring your complaints or your rights - they simply "dis-entitle" you and leave you to rot without help.

No wonder ACC treat people the way they do when their disgustingly low standards come from the top and just filter down to the lowest of the low - the case manager.

And I wish the government would not force people to pay the extortionate levy fees to ACC - who then fraudulently use your money for purposes OTHER than what they told you it was for. That is FRAUD committed daily against every person or business who pays "levies" to ACC

Those who work for this corrupt organization should hang their heads in shame !!
