After all ACC fully investigated me back in 1998 when I proved I had a previous head injury.

Contrary of course to the ACC Case Manager who withheld 24 medical reports from his chosen assessors and had proved to his satisfaction that all I had was a non speciific pre-existing condition.

The clock is still ticking I only have to wait another 21 working days for the decision.
